The property honestly looked nicer than the pictures in real life. Very nice property and a beautiful pool. I felt the value was good for the price, and we were all happy with the size and location of the property. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and conveniently close to Disney. The home was clean, and the host seemed relaxed — there weren’t many rules posted or communicated. A few things I wish I had known beforehand: 1. There were a few sugar ants in the master bedroom/bathroom throughout the weekend. 2. The gate guard informed us there was a $20 parking fee per car for overnight parking during the duration of our stay. Also, cars parked overnight blocking the sidewalk may receive notes/warnings. I wish I had known this ahead of time so one of our cars wouldn’t have received a note (we parked on the street after that with no issues). 3. I didn’t see checkout instructions, so I was a bit stressed about the checkout process since it was only my second ever Airbnb.

Spacious and well-equipped house in a great, quiet community, with easy access. The check-in and check-out process was easy, the pool area was beautiful and had good sun from around 11 am onwards. There is lots of outdoor furniture, which was great for our group. The kitchen was very well-equipped for a rental, including nice touches like an air fryer. Beds were comfortable, lots of towels and pillows, etc. The house could use a deep clean, but otherwise was in a great shape. There were some issues with the arcade machines, the property manager tried to get those rectified fairly promptly. Our only major issue was sporadic communication. Sometimes, especially while we were considering booking and in the lead-up to our stay, it would take a long time to hear back. Other times the responses were quick and very helpful. For the most part our questions and concerns were dealt with, but there were a few minor questions/comments and one major one that just never got results/answers.

Great location at Emerald island. Large house with nice finishes. Backyard has lots of great space of use with tv, fireplace, couch etc. Was quite dusty and dirty through floors of house. Could use a better deep clean between uses. We found Mites on the bedroom side table. Also found cockroach in the one upstairs bedroom which is gross. We paid for pool heat but halfway through week it wasn’t working properly and no way got over 95F in the spa then most times was just cold water coming out. They said was because of cold and anything 55f colder the heat shuts off. But unfortunately that wasn’t communicated anywhere before buying the heat. If we knew then we wouldn’t have paid for heat. The space was great for large group and enjoyed our stay despite cleanness, pests and pool heat hiccups.
