“I want to give props to Mr Jack for being very responsive and answering every question we had. The house was so breath taking, clean and great location. I would suggest this house to anyone and return for a future trip.”

“Jack was an outstanding host who accommodated us whenever we needed assistance. The response time was very quick for messages and if something was needed. The house was beautiful and very spacious. We cooked a lot so the only problem was that the pots needed to be more durable but we made it work. Parking more than 4 vehicles was problematic because the only available parking was up at the club house which was a distance from the property. I would definitely book there again. We were disappointed when we found out our accommodations had to be changed but the property was equitable to what we were expecting.”

“We had a very positive stay overall. The home was larger than expected and matched the photos well. The neighborhood was great, and Jack and his partner were very communicative and quickly addressing any missing items. A few areas could be improved. The kitchen was under-equipped for the size of the home—there were only enough cups and plates for about 6 people, while the house accommodates 20+ guests. We also noticed inconsistent hot water in the sinks, which tended to run lukewarm. We also had an issue with a prepaid checkout extension that was later not honored due to incoming guests. While we were refunded after following up, earlier communication would have been helpful. On a positive note, the hosts were very accommodating—for example, providing extra garbage bags before checkout so we didn’t need to purchase more. Overall, we enjoyed the space, location, and layout. With a few improvements, this would be an even better stay. We would still recommend this property.”

“Jack was very responsive! 12 guys on a golf trip loved the hot tub and pool cooked out a couple nights, restaurants a couple night. All the beds in great conditions place was very clean! Could use a better couch or more chair for down stairs TV area. Thanks Jack!”
