“The home was as described. I did a walk through and reported a few things that we either broken or damaged. Cristian's team was very responsive. I noticed that some of the sinks and tubs were not draining well and were obviously backed up pretty well. Cristian informed us that Roman their maintenance guy will be there promptly (I informed them of the issues sometime in the morning, and Roman arrived quickly only a couple of hours of waiting). Roman addressed all our issues (sinks clogged, broken screen door latches, heating issues with jacuzzi) within a couple of hours. Overall, the house was in great condition and everything was as described. I appreciated Cristian's teams response time and their understanding. They were able to extend our check-out to give us a couple more hours to pack up and go. I highly recommend this place for large parties and/or families. Great location, clean home, plenty of rooms and bathrooms. play room was great.”

“We spent 2 weeks and it was perfect for our family size of 9. It was our Home away from home. Cristian was very helpful with any thing we needed , including an early check in. The home was clean, comfortable and so accommodating for everything we needed for our vacation, My kids loved the pool and hot tub. My dad enjoyed fishing in the lake. The houses location was convenient, close to Walmart , shops and Disney. We would definitely stay again!”
