“Our family had a fantastic time at Latitude Adjustment! This is our second time coming to Marathon in the last 2 years and we will definitely target this home again in the future. It was, in a word, PERFECT. Great location, beautiful decor, well-stocked in every way, well maintained and pristine condition, comfortable, as described and more. The owners were thoughtful and the communication prior to and throughout the stay was exceptional. Easily the best communicators I have experienced on AirBNB. We ran out of propane and they had a replacement there for us in a matter of hours. Key Colony is just a perfect community for our family, and the Cabana Club was everything we remembered it to be 2 years ago (other than some unfortunate beach erosion that is out of their control). Overall, the trip could not have gone better and the house was even more impressive in person than it was in the pictures!”

“This place was exactly what we were looking for! Conveniently located with dock access. There is no trailer parking (which was clear in the notes) so just make sure you plan your boat logistics in advance which we did. There is a boat landing a few houses with trailer storage which was very convenient. Host was on top of all communications and even provided an update on some construction on the construction for us to be aware of. Would definitely stay there again.”

“Everything about paradise was at this location! Great host and some beautiful weather made this trip even better. We had a nice dock, hot tub and lovely decor inside the house. Came with kayaks but we used a boat rental all week and never took advantage. Plenty of parking and had great usage of the extra fridges downstairs. We never used to passes for the beach club but I’m sure it was just as nice as our place.”
