“We had three generations of women stay here, and the layout was wonderful. The house was clean and well stocked with towels and kitchen wares. The staff was very quick to respond when we had questions. The location is amazing with easy access to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. We loved our time together at this very comfortable house.”

“We enjoyed a 2-week stay with our fur babies! The home matched the description and photos perfectly. From the moment we walked through the door, it was clear the property was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking and preparing meals. The home is in a lovely neighborhood and convenient to Jacksonville Beach (approx. 1.25 miles). After spending the day at the beach the outdoor shower was a bonus making it easy to rinse off the sand before heading inside. In the evenings, we enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and even had the opportunity to meet a few of the friendly local homeowners. We also loved having the golf cart using it to get around just about everywhere. It made exploring the area so much fun and convenient! The property management company was excellent to work with. They were friendly, responsive, and quick to reply to all communications. We highly recommend this home and Welcome Home Rentals.”

“This host became our hero! After a horrible experience at another home — we booked this home last minute. Our hosts allowed for a near immediate check in, provided a beautifully appointed home with good amenities especially those traveling with children. “We had a great time at Waters Edge. We are locals who hosted a large group of family who all came to visit, and the property was able to fit us all comfortably. Location right by the beach with easy access and tons of beach equipment on site made our stay a delight! My only real complaint was the touch screen on the induction stove in Villa Paradiso is a little... finicky, but that was rather minor. From the multiple sets of dishes to provided towels and basic necessities like toilet paper and coffee, it's clear the hosts thought carefully on how to make this an easy and great place to stay. Would definitely consider this property again if we needed to stay with a large group.”
