“So finding the house in the dark with the black gate was a little challenging We all drove by it at least once. House was beautiful and clean. Route 1 is a very busy road and no side walks or cross walks otherwise location is great - it is part of the Keys after all. In their video they say all bedrooms have phone chargers. Only master did. And bathrooms have high end toiletries. Only 1 bathroom had body wash but they corrected it the next day. Place was expensive but perfect for our family if 11 and plenty of space to be together or for the adults to take a “time out” when needed”

“First, the home is beautiful and exactly as pictured. The upfront directions/communication were excellent and the home is in a GREAT location. We got plenty of use of the kayaks/paddle boards which were a lot of fun. The location is right near a Publix which is a huge benefit and there is a Starbucks a mile away that some enjoyed. The problem was we had an ant infestation all week on the 2nd floor(the main floor with kitchen, living room and 3 bedrooms) which really should have been seen well before our arrival. To pay $12k for a week and have to deal with ants all over quite frankly ruined the week. The bath soaps hadn’t been refilled and were super low or empty in 3 of the bathrooms when we arrived, the firewood was not there as listed(they did drop some off as soon as I messaged) and the welcome basket was full of expired food. I’m sure they will fix the ant intrusion for the next guests and pay more attention to ensuring the home is fully prepped. If so it’s a great place.”

“Absolutely our Best family vacation we've had by far! Our family decided years ago to plan an annual family "Christmas" trip somewhere instead of buying gifts. We all agreed that creating memories were more important than gifts. This home met ALL our needs and more! Easy check in & check out, easy keyless access. It was truly Our Own Private Oasis, an absolute Paradise with Breathtaking views, Private beach, Gorgeous house, Private tropical pool w/ pool floaties already in pool for our grandkids to enjoy. The home was very comfortable & well stocked. High end furnishings. The beds dreamy with luxury linens & spectacular views. Bathrooms luxurious w/ plenty of towels. A chefs kitchen w/ everything you need & plenty of dishes & utilities. We enjoyed the pool every day. And the beach was fun to, wade in, skip rocks, explore the wild life seeing; Horseshoe Crabs, Hermit Crabs, birds etc. Enjoyed the kayaks & paddleboards too! This was our Best family "Christmas" vacation EVER! We WILL bb”
