“We had a wonder week stay at 3404 Gulf Drive #8. Plenty of room for a family of 5! The condo is a fantastic location. Steps to the beautiful beach. Very well stocked kitchen for all cooking needs. Storage building full of anything needed for the beach (chairs, umbrella, noodles, etc). Very clean and nicely maintained. Beds and indoor furniture are extremely comfortable. Our only complaint was the A/C as it reached 78-80 most days by 1pm. However, Lisa was amazing by getting someone to come out and check it right away. We pulled out a few fans and made it work. Needless to say that will not detour us from booking next year. Now we just know. The rooftop sitting area and chilled pool are both amazing perks. Thank you for helping us make wonderful memories at our favorite beach!”

“Great location- just steps from beach access. Well appointed kitchen- with a drip coffee maker AND a keurig. We used the porch off the living area every morning while drinking our coffee. Bathrooms were spotless and we had plenty towels AND washcloths. Very quiet neighborhood. The beach chairs, umbrella and small cooler are a nice addition- we used them every day. We would definitely try to stay here again!”
