“This is a perfect location with a short walk to the beach without having to cross busy streets. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils and everything you need in a kitchen. I have stayed at some that barely had silverware. We like that it had a carport for our beach equipment. Speaking of equipment, it had everything we needed for the beach. A beach bag, large beach cart, chairs, rafts, fishing pole and some kids beach toys. There is a shower at the pool you can rinse off before going into the house. We liked having a private pool that was fenced in. But I saved the best for last, Amanda! She was the most polite and responsive host that I have ever dealt with on Airbnb. Any questions were answered immediately. We will definitely book this place in the future!”

“We stayed for a week and everything went very well. We had an issue and the maintenance guy was sent out within 30 mins and had the issue resolved very quickly. Check in was super flexible, we flew into Sarasota early morning and was able to get into our room by lunch time. The host is super responsive and great at helping with anything. The beach access was perfect, you can drive your car or golf cart straight to the beach for easy loading and unloading. Also perfect distance from Publix for any grocery needs.”

“Amanda’s place was perfect for what we needed for the week. Really close to the beach, had provided beach chairs and umbrellas and a wagon to carry everything that was very nice. The pool was a great touch to cool off and was very nice. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. Amanda herself was really good at communicating and getting back to us quickly about some questions we had. Would recommend staying here when visiting AMI!”
