“The condo was very nice. Maybe needs a few minor maintenance touch ups. Amazing view and very comfortable place in a great location.”

“What was supposed to be a relaxing vacation turned into an incredibly frustrating experience. A smoke detector chirped every 45 seconds throughout the entire night, leaving us with no sleep. Despite reporting it, I had to follow up multiple times before it was fixed. The game room, one of the reasons I booked, was closed throughout our stay. We were also moved from our originally assigned 12th-floor unit to the 4th floor, and the front desk refused to temporarily store our luggage. To make matters worse, after requesting compensation for our sleepless night, the host filed a claim alleging we damaged an outdated television. We did not physically damage the TV, and I strongly dispute this claim. Airbnb is now involved. The lack of customer service and the way our concerns were handled were extremely disappointing. I would caution anyone considering booking with Stay Today Inc. What should have been an enjoyable getaway became an unnecessary headache.”

“My stay was wonderful. I truly enjoyed the unit and property. Lots of amenities and lots do take in. The only thing was the living room sofa wasn’t at pleasant. There was also no broom to clean and no blow dryer. The bathroom tub had issues with water running has to only use the shower. But over all I will book again and highly recommend.”
