“This property has the potential to be more if some serious maintenance and upkeep takes place. The upstairs hall bathtub needs to be replaced. Maintenance had to come out and change a piece because we couldn’t change the water temperature. The stove/oven was broke and couldn’t be used. We had to unplug it because it keeping beeping. There needs to be pest control for the inside not just the outside, power wash the back and close holes to prevent lizards from entering the home. Every night when we returned from being out, there were at least 2 lizards crawling on the walls downstairs. Lastly, the stairs need replacing. My brother was walking down and the bottom step broke. I then noticed that ALL the steps were separated from the railing on either side. This could have been very dangerous if the step broke on an upper level.”

“This Place was Perfect for me and my group of friends. Very Safe and Private. Had 10 ppl and we all slept comfortably. i Highly recommend this location, perfect for group trips. It’s not too far from miami or any place we needed to go.”

“some of the pictures are fake specially out side! inside garage is turned into a sauna and room that room has 3 bed ac is not good. jacuzzi is disgusting pool was not clean there was alot of beer caps outside on floor everywhere and red cups also infront of the house there was a beer bottle never cleaned up. thia place is too much for what is worth. there is alot more airbnbs with same price and better. even though it is spacious for alot of people its not worth it.”

“We had a great time! Our family of 12 fit comfortably in the house. It’s older than it looks in person but we still had a good time and even caught tilapia in the backyard. The host was very responsive & helpful in resolving minor issues. All in all we had a great stay. Thank you for having us!”
