“The location was great for visiting Ginnie Springs, which was the main reason for our trip to High Springs. There’s also a Dollar General nearby, which was very convenient. The house itself is newly renovated with a modern style. The rooms are spacious, the backyard is huge, and the property includes a small grill. Our only setback was that the house wasn’t ready when we arrived, so we had to wait outside for a little while. Aside from that, I shared a few suggestions with the owner regarding some minor maintenance and cleaning items. The owner was always very polite, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.”

“Charming little house! We really enjoyed our stay. The home has been nicely renovated, and the bathrooms and kitchen were spotless. The rest of the house was a little dusty, but it didn't take away from our overall experience. Our favorite part was the large sunroom at the back of the house—it was a wonderful place to relax. The property was also very peaceful, and we loved having the cows next door. The location is excellent, only about 15 minutes from Ginnie Springs and Ichetucknee Springs, and about 7 minutes from downtown, where you'll find several great restaurants. The only challenge was finding the house after dark. The area is very dark, and the sign is difficult to see at night. Installing a few solar lights near the entrance would make it much easier for guests to locate the property. Overall, we had a great experience. Our host was very responsive and even went out of his way to provide a new coffee maker when the original one stopped working. We would happily stay here a”
