Gibson Beach Rentals's guest rating in Florida of 4.71 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract. “Gibson Beach Rental has been hands down the best airbnb or vrbo rental company I have dealt with! From start to finish everything went extremely well. The pictures really do not even do the condo justice. The staff was super friendly, too. I will have to say that had I not read the reviews about the elevators being so awful, I would have never known! The communication was a huge advantage! I can not thank them enough for being so patient and kind! We could not have asked for a better place to stay, or rental company to deal with.”
