“We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely give this home 5 stars! The location was fantastic, the size and layout of the property worked really well for our large family group, and the host was extremely responsive anytime we had a question or needed assistance. A few helpful things I would have appreciated knowing before booking/packing: One of the two garages is not accessible to guests, as it is used by the owner. The second garage is more of a recreation/storage space with the air hockey table, couch, and lots of pool and beach equipment. The air hockey table was unfortunately broken during our stay, with one end of the table collapsing. The home has a great supply of beach and pool gear — chairs, umbrellas, toys, a wagon, and more. There really is no need to bring your own, which would have saved us quite a bit of packing! Also, the pool heater is seasonal and is not turned on until November. Because the pool is shaded for most of the day, the water was pretty chilly even d”

“Super nice house in a super nice neighborhood. No crowds anywhere to be found. The beach is across the street. Hostess sent very detailed instructions before check-in that answered every question proactively.”

“The host literally saved our family trip that did not start well with another unaffilated host. When we had to run the gamut of that unfortuante experience, exhausted and over it, Ms. Kathryn was right there to rescue us! She helped us get on with our trip and put that other none sense behind us! Her responsiveness, clear communication and flexability allowed us to focus on what matters most in PCB, FL, TO HAVE A GOOD TIME! The home was very well kept, neat and clean. The beds felt like laying on clouds after a long day at the beach and running around town. The porch offered a very relaxing place to rest as well. The neighborhood is peaceful and quite. Its within walking distance to a beach entry point. This made it very conveninet for to go back and forth on foot. If we have an opportunity, we would most definitely book again! I cannot recommend this airbnb and host enough!”
