“We had multiple issues. We were not on the list when we got there at the gate so had to call the realtor. We paid extra to use the community pool, gym etc. But had to wait a week because the owner had a violation on the property. The house was beautiful but was very poorly stocked. We had to buy dishes, knives, hangers, washclothes, bowls etc. We advised the realtor the 2nd day we were there that the hot tub was not working but she told us to wait for the pool guy who showed up more than a week later and said the heater was broke. We were without the hot tub and heater in the pool for the first month. There were no instructions for anything in the house ie garbage day, pool guy, we couldnt even find the router when the internet wasnt working. The garbage cans were all locked in the garage which we did not have access to. We were not told that the house was marked with the post office as vacant and our packages got sent back. We loved Bella Terra but this stay was extremely stressful.”
