“From the minute we drove up to the property we knew we made a great choice. The house itself is beautiful, meticulously kept, high end, yet cozy. Backyard is amazing , pristine pool, great covered outdoor kitchen and lounge area, with a big screen TV that we watched the World Cup final on. Equally impressive is the team at Latitudes , they were incredibly helpful and responsive when we needed anything from them. I would definitely recommend this property.”

“The house is absolutely beautiful, and the outdoor space is incredibly family-friendly. My wife and kids had a great time. My in-laws live nearby, so they came over—we grilled outside and were able to get the whole family together, which made the stay even more special. The primary bedroom is massive, very modern, and extremely comfortable. One thing that really stood out was how well the house was stocked. From dishwasher pods to quality shampoos and conditioners, plus paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags—everything you need is there so you can arrive and immediately start enjoying the home. We also loved the location. One day we walked into town—it’s about an 8-minute walk to Atlantic Avenue where all the action is in Delray. Close enough to everything, yet far enough that the nights are peaceful and quiet. The private gated entry was a great surprise and added an extra level of comfort and privacy. The host was excellent—very responsive and made sure everything was perfect”

“Latitude Key is an outstanding property. The external and internal finish and furnishings are very high quality. The house is extremely well equipped. The rear garden with pool and outside seating and kitchen is a huge positive and we used these facilities every day/evening. The open plan living in the house is very comfortable and the master bedroom is very large with an excellent bathroom and walk in wardrobe. We walked into the centre of Delray Beach everyday or down to the shore and the local area is very residential and peaceful. We loved this property, it felt like our home and we treated it as such. Would book this property again in a heartbeat. The quality is going to be hard to match or beat with other properties!”
