“We had a wonderful stay at this adorable house! It was spacious and the perfect size for our needs. The backyard was definitely the highlight. We spent every evening enjoying the pool, hot tub and tiki hut. The grill was clean and the shed had plenty of pool and beach items which was a great bonus. The fully fenced backyard made it a pet friendly choice as well. The hosts provided detailed instructions for everything in the house, and the app they used made all this information extremely easy to find. The bedrooms were a nice size, and the beds were comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!”

“I’ve stayed at this location quite a few times. Understanding it has changed owners, but still the same company that runs it. I was actually surprised on how it changed. First there was plackets on both bathrooms, where it indicated that you could not flush basics such as toilet paper. I reached out to the management company and they indicated that I could in fact do this, but it was contrary to what the sign had indicated. Obviously the concern became during the state of whether the toilets were going to clog. That being said there was a distinct sewer odor emitting from the master bathroom drain every time that you took a shower. Lastly, the secondary bathroom tile grout was significantly stained and needed refurbishment. Keep in mind that this home is not inexpensive and I would just expect a different level and was surprised on how it has changed.”

“Amazing Vacation!! If you are looking for a place that you feel like you are at your private summer/winter home, this is the booking you are looking for!! The house is perfect, comfortable, and homie my family and I didn’t want to leave. The owners and team, were so responsive and immediately took care of any needs with perfect solutions!! I really mean this and I have no relations to the owners or staff. This was the best rental, overall treatment, care, and cost I have ever experienced in the 26 years of travel and rooming. God Bless you all for making such a perfect vacation!! Sharlene you are the best!!! Not even a thought!!! You will get a call from me my next trip to sunny Florida!! PLEASE STAY SAFE AND BLESSED!!!”
