“Eduardo was amazing! He was very responsive, which is always a plus for me. The home was absolutely beautiful and smelled amazing. The only hiccup that we had is that the pool was a little dirty, but he did explain it was because we were staying during the week and the pool cleaners only come out on Fridays, which is understandable. Also, there was only two rolls of toilet tissue provided however, I do believe that was an error on his cleaning crew and Eduardo resolved the issue immediately by Ubering us a pack of tissue and he even added in a sweet treat of donuts which my daughter’s loved. His customer service was phenomenal. The house was beautiful and I highly recommend..”
