Commodore Owners Association Rentals's guest rating in Florida of 4.56 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract. “We have stayed at the Commodore before and had a great experience, but it was a little different this time. The floors were a little dirty and there were ants in the main living area, no scissors provided in the kitchen utensils, the toaster’s center heating element was damaged and seemed like a fire hazard, none of the balcony doors would latch properly, and there was only 1 roll of toilet paper in the main bathroom. No wash cloths at all, anywhere. We were a little put off by it, so we left early. I hate to waste that much money on something like that, but we couldn’t stay any longer.”

“Plumbing fixtures pre date the 1970’s. & do not work properly. Yellow water came out when we first arrived. Missing sheets & pillow cases. They delivered those (only pillow cases) the last day we were there. Mattress needs replacing. I don’t mind dated. But things should work the way they are supposed to.”
