“Aluguei a casa com “CND Hospitality” , escolhi cuidadosamente o endereço para não ficar em um lugar barulhento , queria ficar longe de estradas ou avenidas. No dia de chegar, me surpreendi com um procedimento de check in conduzido pela Wyndham Hotels, que me obrigou a prover um cartão de crédito para cobrir “despesas” e assinar um contrato adicional cheio de regras e cobranças que não eram citadas nas regras do Airbnb. Minha família estava cansada, depois de 20 horas de viagem, me senti forçado a aceitar. Além disso, o endereço anunciado era o da recepção do condomínio, e me alocaram em uma casa na beira da estrada com um barulho ensurdecedor de carros , era impossível dormir . dias depois do checkout e sem me avisar nada , me cobraram usd 80 no cartão de crédito. Por sorte o Airbnb está prometendo me reembolsar. Eu não alugaria nada de novo dessa “empresa “ CND “”

“The place was nice. The kitchen was not very well stocked. We had one small pan -family of 6 , no dish towels even though the listing said they provided towels. Appreciated the outdoor garbage can to take out garbage everyday. Beds were cozy. Hot tub was nice and clean. Nothing to clean the bbq!? 1 towel per person to shower! Staff show up right on your patio everyday and can see directly in the house. The TV’s really suck. Three of them were not easy to use. The one in the living room kept announcing very loudly every channel changing or volume changing. I’ve never seen this. It was quite annoying. There were no coffee filters. I didn’t know what the coffee maker would be upon arrival so couldn’t bring any. Every time I’ve booked an Airbnb, the coffee set up was always great and had something at least for one day until you bought what you needed. We couldn’t find any coffee filters anywhere (none at Walmart or otherstores). They provided us with a new pan and dishcloth after I call”
