“The home was in a great location, and the surrounding area was very convenient. The host was responsive and attentive, especially when we experienced a clogged bathroom; the issue was addressed quickly. The home was comfortable, clean, and accurately represented in the listing photos. Unfortunately, our experience after checkout was disappointing. Almost two weeks after our stay, we were contacted and asked to pay additional money for allegedly missing linens, and towels. We did not take any items from the property, so this claim was unexpected and concerning. While we enjoyed the home itself, this post-stay issue negatively impacted our overall experience.”

“Excellent accommodation for long stays. Very comfortable for a family of five. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and the surroundings are lovely. The house is beautiful, just like the photos and description. There was a minor issue that Diogo handled very well and was resolved the same day. Highly recommended.”
