“I was not informed prior to my stay that the elevator was out of service. When I arrived, I spoke with resort staff and was told that the elevator had been broken for a long time. I was traveling with my 80-year-old parents, and having to use the stairs was extremely difficult and inconvenient for them. Because of this issue, I had to leave the resort with my parents the following day. Had I been informed about the elevator being out of service beforehand, I would not have booked this property.”
