“overall the place was nice, however in the ad for the place it offered multiple amenities, bicycles being one and the bikes couldnt even be pumped up. on top of that they offered us fishing poles and only 1 worked with a barnacle stuck to one. The guest bathroom tub had rust all over it. the water pressure in the master bathroom made it impossible to use the spa. it was a pretty place and we loved the pool and kayaks but it shouldn't promote things extra and not upkeep them.”

“Evelyn’s Palms was a beautiful home, impeccably decorated and well-cared for. The heated pool and hot-tub were a much welcomed change from living up north and we lucked into beautiful weather. The home was so nice, we didn’t really feel the need to spend a lot of time anywhere else. We had a pool issue at first, but Anne was on top of it and got it quickly taken care of. We will definitely use SWFL Real Estate to book our stay next year.”
