“Home was beautiful! Loved the complementary drinks to make the start of the trip feel special. Very nice touch! The beach equipment was awesome and so helpful and in great condition which you usually dont see. The check in/out on the TV's is a cool little feature that helps with setting it and forgetting it. The house was spotless, warm and comfortable. The porch and outside area was amazing!! You have the TV and a beautiful large table and separate seating area as well. The 2 fans outside were a great touch as well. The pool was very clean and water was perfect. Plenty of lounge chairs plus rocking chairs to soak up the sun under some perfectly placed palm trees. Neighborhood was very safe and a great area to ride the bikes they provided. Great location to Delray and the restaurants. Beach was only 11 mins away and a quick drive. Absolutely recommend!”

“Wow. Katie and Lance’s house was absolutely amazing. We really had no words upon arrival, it was so beautiful and met every expectation we had. The house was immaculate, had everything you could imagine (e.g., beach gear etc), and was super inviting. It is also in a terrific location - close to the beach and E. Atlantic Ave in Delray Beach which has a lot to see and do. Katie and Lance’s team was super communicative, always reaching out with information and even allowed us to check in a bit early to accommodate our early flight. I can’t say enough about the property. We will absolutely rent from Katie and Lance’s team again, the experience was unmatched. Don’t wait any longer - just book it!”

“I wish I was writing this review from the backyard of this place! We loved our stay here, from the moment we checked in to enjoying everyday in the pool. The house is beautiful and the pool and backyard covered patio with the tv just made for dream outdoor living. We can’t say enough about this lovely set up. The communication with the host was very proactive and quick. We were very appreciative of how quick any minor issue we had was addressed. (I reported a coffee machine not working in within almost 30 mins they delivered a brand new one). The location is great, close to so many places and great dinner spots. We would def stay here or an another property of these host again for sure!”
