“First let me say A++ location as far as getting to the beach, shopping, restaurants and coffee! Along with that though comes noise and crowds. The power washing every morning at 6am at the town square was a little much. The evenings are loud because of all of the action at the square. It’s lively and we enjoy the energy but also missed the quietness of being tucked away in seaside more. The home was clean and Dune provided a few basic necessities which is nice. The place really could use a few upgrades when it comes to pillows and lines. Several lines were stained (not bad but noticeable) and the rugs are really dated and worn out. The couch is very uncomfortable so if you’re like us and enjoy watching a movie on vacation this was a little disappointing. It’s just old and dated and not comfy. There are some accent chairs in the living room but nothing comfy that my husband would sit in. The ceiling fans really need a good wipe down! We turned them on a dust flew everywhere.”
