La vista desde la terraza es muy linda y tranquila para relajar el condominio tiene muchas actividades y servicios Lamentablemente nos que damos solo 4 noches debido a un error en la reserva. Pero definitivamente volvería”

“We had a wonderful stay! Fairly is the property company and were excellent- responsive, communicative, helpful and quick to address a few issues (we couldn’t lock the patio door and they - and the owners- took immediate action and delivered a security stick within hours). The location is wonderful- serene, large patio overlooking an inland pond, walking distance to a kid friendly pool, master king bed was very comfortable. The community was quiet. Sea Colony had so much to offer! Tennis, multiple pools, trolley ride to the beach and more pools, fitness center and great walking/biking trails. We’ll be back!”

“This home is in a great location. Easy access to the beach either walking or via the Sea Colony tram. Lots of good restaurants close by or within a short drive. Easy access to Route 1 to visit the surrounding beaches if desired. Excellent communication from the hosts!”

“Great space for families with kids - toys, beds, and easy to walk / tram to amenities. ~25min walk to Bethany boardwalk, 30min drive to Ocean City boardwalk. If bringing older guests with mobility issues the floating spiral stairs up to the second floor (where bedrooms reside) may prove a challenge. Overall great location, well maintained, with lots of options to explore.”
