“We had an overall okay stay, and the home itself was clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained. However, there were a few things we wish we had known before booking. The biggest surprise was the location. While it's advertised as being near the beach, it was about a 20-minute drive. On the days the shuttle wasn't running, we spent around $30 per day on beach parking, and if we left and returned later in the evening, we had to pay for parking again. Those extra costs added up quickly. There was also a constant flow of construction traffic up and down the street throughout the day, which made the area feel much busier than we expected. Inside the home, we noticed that the bedrooms and main living areas lacked curtains, which made it difficult to sleep in and didn't provide much privacy. The kitchen was generally well stocked but was missing a few basic essentials, such as a pizza cutter. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the home itself. “Beautiful home. Backyard is the playground perfect for kids. One issue was a bedroom described as two queens and a twin which in that room was only one queen and a twin trundle underneath. Another issue was the temp water for showers. Often all family members took cold showers. Wifi did not work last night we were there either which was rather odd.”
