Fairly in Winter Park, Colorado

“The home was very lovely - comfy beds, well cleaned. Kitchen was as-advertised. Having 3 bedrooms in such a cozy space was fun, and our two kids and pup had a great time exploring the neighborhood. The backyard showed a lot of fox and moose activity, though we didn't get lucky enough to spot any visitors. Our stay would have been perfect were it not for 2 important pieces of information that we didn't have prior to booking: 1. The house is adjacent to very busy train tracks. Freight and passenger trains are rumbling through at all hours - and by rumbling through, I mean they shake the entire house. During the day, it was very exciting! At 11p, 12a, 1a, and 5a, it was less appreciated. 2. There is an active construction site 2 doors down, with staging areas next door and immediately across the street. Construction began promptly at 7:30a on a Monday, but the workers did take the weekend off. Again - very exciting for the kids! Less appreciated if you plan to sleep in on a weekday.”

“What an amazing place! In the heart of town, walking distance to shops and restaurants and just a quick drive to the ski slopes. Beautiful club house with a pool and hot tubs, playground and shuttle bus stop right in front of the building. The unit was top floor, very bright and very spacious. Very modern, yet cozy with fully equipped kitchen, smart TVs and very comfortable beds. We felt right at home and would love to stay here again!”

“This is our 2nd visit to the Little Red House. We stayed here two years ago when the blizzard hit so we have seen the spring break winter snow on two extremes! The home was just what we needed!. The washer and dryer is a lovely feature with all the clothing changes with young kids in snow fun! And the beds are amazingly comfortable!!!”

“What a perfect condo! Great views of the mountain, right across from a shuttle stop to get to Winter Park ski resort. The beds were super comfy, spacious, and clean. The kitchen had all the things you need, and was clean. Extra bonus the sound of the little creek was so nice! What a great spot, we will be back!”
