“The condo was exactly as described and beautifully renovated. The location was perfect. The staff (management and onsite) was highly responsive, professional and kind. We have come to Vail for well over a decade and always stayed in hotels. This was our first time staying at an AirBnb in Vail and the experience was perfect. We will definitely be looking to stay at the Willows (ideally in Riva Ridge Platinum 725) going forward on our next visit.”
