“Great place for a peaceful summer getaway. Nearly at the end of a cul-de-sac, there's little to no traffic. Very quiet, very peaceful. The windows and wrap around deck provide great views of the valley. Lots of space, high ceilings, all in all a greate AirBnB experience.”

“We had trouble with our house code a few times, but managers were responsive. Two kitchen drawers were filthy, the rest of the place appeared clean. Manager responsive and sent cleaner over to clean. We were misled about how far the house is from grocery shopping (by about 50%). Would recommend house for adults, but not for children (despite the bunk beds on the loft). The loft upstairs had no bathroom on the same level, so made it not a great area for sleeping. Mostly, however, there was really no outdoor space for kids to go out except the driveway. The deck needs a railing/gate on one side, as it is completely open to a steep and rocky drop with just one wrong step or a child running. We ended up pulling dining chairs over to block that side of the deck, and then back again to the dining table as needed. In addition, the deck seating left a lot to be desired. Very low, wood chairs, nothing comfortable to sit on and take in the stunning Mountain View!”

“This is everything it looks like and really meets our design preferences. Having AC was vey nice for a CO house. It is a solid 15 minute drive into the house from when you turn off so that is worth noting and factoring into your plans.”
