“Our family had a really great stay and would book again in a heartbeat. The house is in a convenient, quiet spot with solid mountain views from the living areas and all the bedrooms, and an easy drive to town. Everything was clean and ready on arrival. It’s well set up for a family(we had a 3 year old and a 8 month old). Comfortable beds, great bathrooms, and a kitchen with the equipment we needed to cook meals. The hot tub was a nice way to wind down, and the living rooms with the fireplaces gave everyone a comfortable place in the evenings. What stood out most was the property management company. They were incredibly responsive and proactive the whole time. Communication was clear, instructions covered everything, and they stayed on top of details so nothing became an issue. That made the trip easier and more relaxed. The host made our stay truly exceptional! Overall, a comfortable, well-run place. We truly enjoyed the stay and look forward to staying again. Highly recommend!”

“We loved the property, the views are INCREDIBLE!!! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything one would need to cook any meal instead of going out. Very close to town for shopping and local activities. The hot tub is spacious and was perfect for a nice relaxing wind down time at night. Check-in and check-out was very simple and smooth. I highly recommend this property!! We certainly did not want to leave! :)”

“Everything is exactly as described, there's a walking path across the street that will take you down to French St and then Main St. in ~10 minutes. It's away from the bustle and noise of downtown Breck while still being close to it. Stunning views of Peaks 7-10 from the front of the property, including the hot tub. If you're looking to grill out, the back patio is a large flat top. Super hot and cooks great, best to know how to cook on a griddle because it's not a traditional gas grill. The bedroom layout is ideal for a couple who will will stay on the main floor and then has family/friends to stay in the 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 in the basement. Plenty of space for everyone to find their own quiet spot....or cook and eat together. Management company is great and very responsive”
