“Everything is exactly as described, there's a walking path across the street that will take you down to French St and then Main St. in ~10 minutes. It's away from the bustle and noise of downtown Breck while still being close to it. Stunning views of Peaks 7-10 from the front of the property, including the hot tub. If you're looking to grill out, the back patio is a large flat top. Super hot and cooks great, best to know how to cook on a griddle because it's not a traditional gas grill. The bedroom layout is ideal for a couple who will will stay on the main floor and then has family/friends to stay in the 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 in the basement. Plenty of space for everyone to find their own quiet spot....or cook and eat together. Management company is great and very responsive”

The adults appreciated the various living spaces and en-suite bathrooms, and the children enjoyed the bunk room and hot tub! Summit Luxury Estate’s Team was friendly, responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. They even kindly brought us a brand new set of knives and a knife sharpener for the home, when we shared that we like to cook and would appreciate a sharp set. The house offers privacy, yet is a reasonable walk (or a short 5 min drive) to access the downtown area and lots of restaurants. An AM visit to Threefold Bakery for artisan pastries & fresh bread and a PM visit to Higgles for delicious homemade ice cream are musts while in Breck! We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily visit again.”
