“Good location, but overall this was a disappointing stay, especially for the price. The home felt significantly overpriced compared with what was actually provided. The listing photos made the space appear much larger, and the home lacked the amenities we expected at this price point. Personal belongings filled the kitchen/house making it feel as though the owners had just left. The toiletries were old and previously used, there were very few towels (only one washcloth per person). The biggest disappointment was the response during the nearby wildfire. We were traveling with our medically fragile daughter. We felt it was unsafe to stay and hoped for some compassion and flexibility, but were told there was no evacuation order. Waiting until a mandatory evacuation wasn’t a reasonable option for our family or any family. Airbnb ultimately supported and helped us. This was an unnecessarily stressful experience with the refusal to try to help and understand during a difficult situation.”
