“A perfect escape in a truly special place If you’re looking to actually unplug and recharge, this is it. Nestled in the Redstone Historic District, this charming place has a character and atmosphere that’s hard to find anywhere else. The area is steeped in history and the kind of beauty that sneaks up on you — you’ll catch yourself just stopping and taking it all in. The location is incredibly walkable, with short hikes and scenic spots right at your doorstep, and the surrounding nature is stunning. There’s no cell signal out here, and honestly? That ended up being one of my favorite things about the stay. The Airbnb has WiFi if you need it, but I found myself happily leaving my phone aside and just being present. It’s the kind of quiet that’s rare and genuinely restorative. Peaceful, beautiful, and full of charm — this is the kind of place you book for a weekend and wish you’d stayed a week. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a true getaway.”airbnb

“We've stayed here several times and love it. It's right on the Crystal River in the heart of the town. The mattress is especially comfortable as well.”airbnb

“Felt right at home and listening to the crystal river with the windows cracked was very soothing. We stayed 5 nights. The baseboard heat was dependable and quiet. We also loved the general store a short walk away for its organic grocery options. The town is charming — we have driven by for years. So glad we finally stopped and stayed. Highly recommend for the spacious and cozy space. Note: No A/C means closing the curtains and windows facing the river in summer months to keep heat out during the afternoon. There are windows on the opposite side to let cool air in from the covered porch. Luckily it gets cool at night and fans are provided (in a closet).”airbnb
