“Unit was clean and attractive. Kitchen was well equipped. Major cons were noisy bar across the street, head of bed toward that bar, and curtains that partly cover windows. It felt like a fishbowl.”

“Unexpectedly noisy at night. It’s right next to a pot shop and Circle K. Floors and counters were dirty and sticky. Dishes were dirty and had to be washed before use. The place definitely needs a deep cleaning.”

“The place was very cute and as listed. The location was perfect for walking downtown for shopping and restaurants. Although there was an AC unit it didn’t do much. Most of the house stayed pretty stuffy because of it even with the windows and door open. Everything else was great and made for a good stay for a night.”

“Perfect location in Leadville, just steps away from the main downtown block. And the cabin was adorable. The downstairs bedroom was not a stand alone bed but a raised platform bed which was challenging to get into at 5'2. It was also rather hard and could have used a thicker mattress. The wifi was a little spotty. And we never got the tv to connect to any channels or the wifi.”
