“Pros- The location is wonderful. Surrounded by scenic views and great restaurants. The unit is equipped with all the silverware, pots/pans, coffee makers, etc you could need. The patio is fun to hang out on and "people watch". Cons- Check-in was confusing. The app said to check in 20 miles away and the "checkin email" said to check in at the unit. Parking was frustrating as well. The unit sleeps 10 & we had two full cars, however, the property only allows for one car to park in the garage so you have to pay $25 a night to park outside and you have to remember to pay every day. Also, the unit is always hot. We kept windows and doors open all night to cool it down which made it noisy because of the crowds outside. The unit needs better lighting in most areas. Most importantly, the building only has one operational elevator. It's almost always busy and the waits can be long just to get up/down. Overall, good experience with some small details that could make this place 5 stars.”

“Location is elite if you’re skiing Keystone Mountain. In the heart of the village. Exactly what we needed. Only two complaints was the advertised elevator had been broken for some time so we had to lug our checked baggage and ski gear stuff up two flights up stairs and the primary bed is rock hard. Outside of that, the place is perfect for a ski trip.”
