“The good: it's a perfect house for a larger group, specifically for a group of guys like on our trip. The price is fair for the amount of house, the layout is practical and accommodates 10 people well, and the furniture choices overall were well-selected. The beds are plenty comfortable, the house was clean, and they're very responsive. The bad: mostly minor inconveniences or repairs that need to be made on the home. The kitchen faucet was finicky to get the water all the way off, but they said they have a new one on order. The freezer also wouldn't open after our first night, so we left a bag of hash browns in there and had to buy more in the morning. The pocket door in the upstairs bathroom doesn't close properly, so there's a slight gap and the door doesn't lock - not a big deal for 10 guys, but might be a concern in more of a coed environment. There's also no AC, which is manageable enough but it did get hot Overall no major issues and it's worth the price and it's a great house.”

“Had another great stay this year after booking last year as well for a group trip! Space is great, enjoyed the hot tub with a view, game room, and proximity to Grand/Shadow Mountain lakes. Plenty of space for a large group and the host was very responsive for any questions during our stay. Highly recommend!”

“Rental was great. A gorgeous house atop a big hill overlooking Granby. All amenities as described and very quiet area. Located in the west side of the Rockies so not too much going on locally but it was very accessible to the park. Property manager was very responsive to any needs.”
