“Loved the condo! Having a garage was epic! We biked all over Summit County with easy access to the trails. We would joyfully return! This was the most accommodating home we have ever rented. Your hospitality is awesome! Our only drawback was the highway noise out the patio doors and inability to keep them open at night. We would have loved to keep the house cooled off as we slept. Thank you so much!”

“I give it 5 stars for what the house is: a very comfortable, dog friendly home in great location. The House is 1960’s build and they have done a nice job on renovations. The house is not elegant and doesn’t have high end finishes, but it’s very comfortable. It’s a quick walk into town and quick walk up to bike trail/hiking. Having 4 bdr and 4 baths (2 up and 2 down) is unusual and was nice to have for our group. Beds are comfortable. The Mgmt company is very good. This place was squeaky clean. The house sits up on a little hill and the views from the deck are pretty amazing. The driveway is a bit steep. There is a car port for one vehicle which is nice. The main part of the house is A frame, so it gets warm upstairs but they had some portable A/C units that work fine to keep it cool in the heat of the day. There were some nice touches, like tissue boxes in every room, extra paper towels, etc.”

“Truly, this was the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. This host thought of absolutely everything. The house was adorable, and the location couldn’t have been better. The design, decor, atmosphere, lighting, bedding…every detail was perfectly dialed in. Even the little things, like having Band-Aids and ibuprofen available, made such a difference. You could tell the host genuinely cared about making the stay comfortable and enjoyable. When I got back to Austin, I honestly think I was a little depressed. I had just spent a week in paradise, and coming back to reality was a bit of a shock. I can’t recommend this place enough!”

“We had a lovely stay at the Summit House. I traveled with my husband and 3 kids and the house was a great setup. We loved having an outdoor fenced yard to enjoy the scenery and play when our little ones were napping or down for early bedtimes. It was also a super quick drive to main st (could be walkable but we didn't have a stroller for the littles). A few things popped up during our stay and the hosts were always super responsive. The house was also stocked with extra household stuff you may need (trash bags, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, paper towels, etc.). We've stayed in a lot of rentals and when the rental includes this stuff it's always a nice touch. We booked our trip last minute and with limited options we chose this place. We are happy we stayed but it was a bit pricey.”
