“We had a wonderful time during our stay here. Prior to arriving the host was very responsive and answered all of my many questions! During our stay was no different. Anytime I had a question I got a quick answer. The home was perfect and very comfy! The area was gorgeous and we really enjoyed the patio. Highly recommend for a big group or family gathering!”

“Our multigenerational family had a great stay with Winter Park House. It is a beautiful property with some lovely green space around it.Easy to get in to attractions in the area, but it feels like it is more secluded than many. The house is large enough to have both together time, but also spread out for some privacy. The hosts were super helpful and responsive. When we encountered a minor hitch at the property, they responded immediately and sent repair people promptly to take care of the issue. We would stay here again without hesitation.”

“This house was perfect for our group of 17. We all had room to spread out which is huge given we had folks anywhere from ages 1 to 79. Accommodations: I can’t tell you how freeing it is to be in a place that has been lovingly lived in. That quality makes it much easier to settle in as a group. Location: The grocery store is just down the hill, Rock Mountain National Park is less than an hour away, skiing is 10 minutes away, and river rafting is just 40 minutes away. Hosts: Check in and check out are clear and simple. Some folks in my family said: “That’s all you have to do for checkout? This isn’t like Airbnb used to be.””
