“We visit Grand County every summer and we have enjoyed staying in Fraser the last couple years. The neighborhood is relaxing with great views and we love having access to the club amenities. The kitchen was well stocked and the in unit washer dryer was a big help! We’d definitely stay here again!”

“Brooks Bear Lodge was perfect for our family! From the bunk beds for our granddaughters to the movie theater for our entire family, it was perfect! Everyone had their own mostly private space. We loved that it was close to so many things for everyone's interests. Would highly recommend!”

“This condo was great for our visit with family in the mountains. Easy to get to, close to the grocery store (Safeway is literally just down the hill). Easy for us to get in and out and up to Tabernash. I wasn't expecting the bunk beds to be in a nook by the bathroom, but that might just be my interpretation of the photos provided. My kids were still able to get good sleep, especially with the blackout curtains. Overall, a good place we enjoyed”

“Beautiful high elevation place to go with your family. Family said they had a hard time breathing but maybe if they were fit they could withstand the changes in pressure. 10/10 place”
