“Great instructions for check-in. Clean place with plenty of towels and comfortable beds. It was missing a few small items, but the caretaker was quick to provide them. It's right next to the river trail for a nice, nature-filled walk to the heart of Telluride (about half mile). Overall, great setup and would recommend.”

“Rodney always helpful and gets back to messages quickly. Housekeeping always keeps the cabin from being a 5. Black towels in kitchen had food stuck to them. Couch had dog hair on it. Dog sheet and towel had not been washed. Covered with stains and a squashed bug. TV kept disconnecting for some reason and had to reconnect each day. Was able to work through. These issues will not stop us from coming. Have reservations in Sept and Oct.”
