“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jonathan and Kelly's lovely cabin! Everything was exactly as described, and the cabin was beautifully and tastefully decorated. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, including the incidental toiletry supplies. We chose this location because of its proximity to the national parks (about 15 minutes away) and Royal Gorge (about an hour away), and it made an excellent home base for our daily adventures. The setting is peaceful, quiet, and idyllic. One of the highlights of our stay was the wildlife—we had a deer wander right up to the patio, and we discovered a junco nest tucked into one of the plant hangers on the deck! We also enjoyed walking through the neighborhood to Burgess Reservoir, where we were able to watch pelicans. Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay, and we would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with easy access to outdoor attractions.”
