“The best quality unit we have ever rented. The details that Mike & Kevin put into this place are unmatched. They literally have thought of everything! Squeaky clean place (cleanest rental we have stayed in). Hosts were proactive in communicating and provided a ton of local recommendations that were home runs. In the unit, the kitchen was the best stocked we’ve experienced and everything was very clean. Everything you would want for comfort, was already there (fans, space heaters, charging cords, games to play etc). This is a rental that doesn’t feel like someone is trying to maximize profit and doesn’t really care about the guests... it felt like a top notch place to stay. Even the towels were the softest I’ve ever felt. Easy walking distance to downtown. Just book it!”

“Mike and Kevin were excellent hosts and their condo was everything our family could have dreamed of for our summer vacation. An easy 10 minute walk to Main Street allowed us to only use our car when we wanted to get out of Breck to explore. The condo itself was fully stocked with all the essentials needed for our vacation. Cozy and comfy would be two words I would use to describe the space. The perfect rental for a small family with young kids. Pool and hot tubs were a stone’s throw away from the condo! Communication with Mike and Kevin were timely and helpful. They even helped us out when in a pinch.”
