“Wow. Sunshine Chalet is jaw dropping incredible. The interior is mountain luxury chic & the exterior wrap-around expansive views are amazing. Brandi in the lobby is friendly & the location is the best in BC village. The main area was large enough for a comfortable family gathering. The amenities are top notch. Nothing was overlooked, including maintenance needs (paper towels, trash bags, detergent, etc). This place truly feels like home. Rating 4 stars solely due to the fact of how astoundingly rude Cheyenne with Invited Home was. We tried to extend our stay 1 week before arrival since the unit was not booked & asked for a better nightly rate. Instead of just saying no, she was condescending, dismissive, disrespectful, & told us to “invest more in our stay”. We stayed at the Ritz penthouse instead. However, Kara & Mathieu were helpful & kind. Mathieu refilled our propane during our stay and helped us get parking passes for guests. Other than Cheyenne, we will gladly stay again.”
