“We had a very large group of ten people, nine adults and one teenager. We felt like we had enough room and never ran out of hot water, which was amazing! One really fun thing was all the little extras, including spices and lots of coffee! Plenty of towels and blankets, and an abundance of pillows! The beds were very comfortable! The couch and family room furniture was awesome as well as the kitchen table. The kitchen is also roomy and you can have multiple cooks in the kitchen. The TV was great for watching football! Lots of wonderful TVs and different rooms! The aesthetic and decorations were beautiful and I loved all the live plants. The three bathrooms were very nice. We really enjoyed the hot tub! It was large and had great jets! It felt very private! We walked into town every day. I really enjoyed the snowflake hike just at the end of the street. You can hike up to the reservoir & beyond. We rented bikes from BRKS & S & & biked to Copper Mountain. I highly recommend!”

“What an incredible property - I wanted to move in and stay forever. Truly a dream to stay here during peak fall color change surrounded by the huge aspen grove & lush grass below. The home itself was breathtaking and not one detail left below average. Had a group of 11 women and we all said it's the best Airbnb we've ever stayed in & that's saying a lot considering I've travelled extensively around the world & stayed in quite a few luxury properties. Hope to stay agin. Thanks for sharing such an incredible property with our group!”
