Fairly reviews in Windsor, California

“The home is nicely remodeled and well laid out. Home is well appointed and very comfortable for a large guest count with kids. Thoughtful snack station provided on the counter. Back yard is very large, peaceful, beautiful and welcoming. Gas fireplace is great. We were overall very comfortable in the home. A couple maintenance items detracted from our otherwise great stay. The clothes dryer took three times longer than normal to dry our clothes. This was really hard with a large group that’s intended to stay at this home. Took way too much effort to keep up with laundry. When I contacted the host they said they were aware of this situation. Back door from kitchen to back yard needs adjusting. Quite hard to open and shut. Range hood fan buttons need replacing, were stuck on when pressed. Mgmt aware of this being previous issue, will address. Hot tub had a brown dirty scum around inside, appears not to have been cleaned recently. Sad since that’s one of the reasons we chose this home.”
