“Great House! Perfect for multiple couples. Amazing pool and waterslide! The grounds were great! I would give it a 4/5 because it was definitely dusty, musty, and there were random pieces of trash on the property. I would recommend to groups of people who are OK with the house not being absolutely pristine.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The views were stunning and the hacienda style gave it so much character. The pool was great, though the pool and stairs lights weren't working, so swimming at night in the dark wasn't ideal. Aside from that, the whole family had a wonderful time. We'd recommend this place to anyone looking to do some sightseeing while also enjoying a beautiful property.”

“In our fifty years of travel, we have visited some amazing and exciting places. But little did we know we would find Shangri-La in the foothills of Vista, CA. The orchard yielded fruit for fresh squeezed orange and grapefruit juices every morning. The English roses and honeysuckle were in full bloom, so the air and home were filled with a most wonderful fragrance. Bunnies, ground squirrels, geckos, hummingbirds, monarch butterflies were everywhere. We loved it! The home itself was amazing, well-decorated but extremely comfortable. The pool area is AMAZING! Bose speakers line the fence. We ate our evening meals on the front porch so that we could take in the sunsets. One evening we were treated to the exciting sight of a SpaceX rocket flying across the sky! You know, the one that returns to Earth and lands between the chopsticks. To the owners . . . thank you for opening your magnificent villa. We truly hope to return someday. I could say more but I am out of space.:)”
