“Fantastic condo in the new Coldstream development near Donner Lake. Clean, airy, modern, with all the basics. Stayed here for a month while working remotely and the WiFi was consistently reliable. The neighbors are super friendly and welcoming. Appreciated that this place has AC since it’s been getting hotter and hotter in the summers in Truckee. Host was super responsive and quick to fix issues as they came up. Would stay here again!”

“We stayed at a rental managed by Sigua Vacations from Dec22 to March 23. Family of 4 with 2 young kids. We had the best experience of all. We did not have any requests or issues that was not met. Very highly recommended. The property was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. The Manager/Owners provided things we needed that they didn't have such as a vacuum cleaner. The property is newer, so when the fireplace stopped working, they quickly brought in the expert to fix it. The furniture is new and clean. The beds are comfy, the sheets are high quality and the bunk bed in kids room is excellent. My kids requested to have one just like that at our own home. When we got stock in the snow storm, the snow removal service came on time and cleaned on tim The property manager communicated with us very quickly and on the point. We could have not asked for more. Traveling with kids is tough, but this rental made it possible for us to enjoy a fantastic ski season with small kid”
