“The unit is generally very nice and well equipped. One minute to the pool, 5 minutes to the beach. One important safety issue is that the window in the kids’ room is unusually low and really should be replaced, especially for children. Other than that, we had a great time, but it feels like the unit is only almost there. Unfortunately, there are a few small details that have been overlooked, and together they make the stay less comfortable than it could be. A few examples: * The bedside night lights weren't connected to the outlets. * There’s a Brita-like water pitcher, but the filter provided isn’t compatible with it, so it effectively doesn’t filter the water. * The emails and correspondence are generic, and half of their content is irrelevant for this unit. None of these issues individually is a huge deal, and the apartment has a lot going for it. But they are exactly the kind of small details that fixing would give the impression of better attention to details.”

“walked in to the apartment , have stayed here before. all well first night. next day morning nightmare starts with banging and construction right over our roof. i had to bring it to attention of casago. was asked to be patient which i was. and next day this continues. and our vacation which was supposed to be relaxed and peaceful was destroyed. property manager called and offered a 30 %discount of base rates only, not on the taxes and fees.for the noise days. the issue was they were not forthcoming that this will carry on throughout our stay at the place. and worst was when tried to use bathroom, you could see people standing next to glass windows with easy to peek through the glass inside. atleast a warning could be given or use of screen on the roof should have been thought of by property manager. it was like we were running into problems and they were responding to them . i feel the management could have been more proactive.”

“My daughters and I loved our stay for our first mom and daughter “grill trip”. Solana Beach is a lovely, quiet beach community in San Diego county, with great shops and everything nearby. The condo was gorgeous, just like the photos. Everything was aesthetic and clean, and we had plenty of space, comfortable beds, ocean views, fresh sea air, washer and dryer was a plus, and being on the third floor with skylights kept the space nice and bright. Except for roofers, banging early in the morning, which we understand needed to happen, everything was wonderful. One suggestion would be to have a couple larger coffee mugs that hold 10 to 12 ounces of coffee for the Keurig. Also, clearer instructions on how to find the parking space, which ultimately we found was well marked and easy to get to, but it took us a while to find it without knowing where to go. Also, finding the trash chute took us a little while but Miguel from Casago helped us locate it. Overall, it was a fantastic stay!”

“We loved this home ! The spaciousness and open floor flan along with the great back patio were perfect for our family and friends visiting. We highly recommend this beautiful home in a great location and very quiet neighborhood. We will definitely go back !”
