“This place was perfect for the 3 of us. (My husband and our daughter) it was a cozy place and since SanDiego had a heat wave when we were there having air was a game changer. We were steps from the beach with plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas and even beach towels! And when they say compact car for the garage believe them! The rental car company said we had a compact car but it JUST fit in the garage. It was so close to everything-walkable to Belmont park but still key to have parking. Hosts responded quickly with any questions. We didn’t get to use the back patio as it was hot with no shade. But despite being “shared” found it to be a nice private area. Really enjoyed our stay!”

“Great stay! The location was perfect, extremely short walk right to the beach and bay. Coffee shop and market down the street. Even walkable to Pacific Beach as well. Place was clean, easy to access, and responsive host! Plentyyy of beach supplies as well, enough to share with the other units as well. The garage was extremely tight, but that was made clear in the listing. I was able to park my ford escape in there but had to close the side mirrors and climb out the backseat as there was not enough room to open the door inside the garage. It was not a problem though and was very nice to have a parking spot because street parking is hard to find. I would absolutely stay here again!”

“Zeina and Mo were very proactive and responsive with communications. The house was as advertised and as shown in the photos. It was very clean and well stocked with everything needed to enjoy the amenities and local area. Our 2 toddler granddaughters had plenty of things to do and places to play, same for the 6 adults in our group. If you have a larger group, there was plenty of space to spare. We would definitely recommend the place and we will plan to book it again the next time we bring the family to the area. It would have been difficult to find a place more suitable and accommodating for our group!”

“The place was so close to the beach and bay, paths were walkable and billable. We brought our bikes and did a lot of biking. Nice central location, we went to La Jolla for snorkeling and swimming and Balboa Park. Responsive and helpful with any issue we had. Would stay in the future. There is a toaster, coffee pot, blender.”
