San Pedro Square Apartments reviews in California

“Ryan and the team were great hosts. We stayed for a month, and during the first two days, we ran into issues with the shower and the smoke detector. We reported them to Ryan, and a technician came by the next day to resolve everything. The apartment was clean, well-equipped with everything we needed, and we had a comfortable stay after that. The building's common areas including the hallways, trash area, and laundry room were always kept clean and well-maintained. The location is right in the heart of downtown San Jose, surrounded by restaurants and lounges. It gets lively at night with party sounds and city noise until 1-2 AM, so it’s ideal for guests who enjoy or don't mind the bustling nightlife. Thanks, Ryan and team!”

“Nice place in a convenient downtown location with lots of food places nearby. The room has a desk and the building has fun themed doors! It can get loud on weekend nights since it is near San Pedro Square, but it was manageable.”

“Had a great experience during my time staying here. Looks exactly how the pictures show, made me feel at home. Will definitely be back.”

“All good. Just one issue, on weekend nights, a lot of noise and music from outside. Till like 12am. Did not bother me. But I would understand if it bothers some people.”

“Ryan was an amazing host! He was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. He kindly let us check out late, upgraded any appliances we asked for, and even provided things that weren’t listed in the description. We really appreciated how thoughtful and responsive he was throughout our stay. We’d definitely stay with Ryan again!”
