“We LOVED staying here. The house was tough to find because Google & Apple maps don't have a good map of the area (Amy explains this as well in messages). Google maps took us to the front of the neighborhood, just keep driving straight past two cross sections and the house will be on the left w/ an orange door. The house was clean and very well put together. The in-home instructions were detailed in how to work the pellet stove and how to best make it to the beach. All in all, we would definitely stay again.”

“This place is in a very quiet location off the beaten path. If you are looking to disconnect then this is a great place to stay. Also pretty convenient to drive into the Redwoods and close to Arcata and downtown Eureka. The House is well-maintained and clean. Was great for the 4 of us. The kitchen is fully equipped. Amy was super helpful and very proactive. Loved the Fireplace in the evening hours to warm up the place and stay cosy.”

“BOOK IT! I’m a seasoned traveler and this is one of my top favorite stays ever. The house is absolutely beautiful. It has every single thing you may need durning your stay. Everything is high quality from the sheets and comfy bed to the cook ware and utensils. It’s a very short walk to Samoa Beach. There’s even a picnic basket at the house with everything needed for a beach picnic! The deck was so nice to do yoga and relax. The grill was great for cooking steaks from the Saturday farmers market in arcata. Truly a gem of a home. It just makes sense logistically and on a comfortability level. You can tell there was so much consideration put into every detail. Can’t wait to come back :)”
